WHEN I WAS JUST GETTING OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL I WAS FACED WITH THE COMMON QUESTION, “HOW DO I LOOSE FAT, BUT GAIN A LITTLE MUSCLE?” EVERYTHING I HAD TRIED AT FIRST JUST DID NOT WORK. I WENT TO THE GYM AND CLOCKED IN COUNTLESS HOURS TRYING TO FIND THE SECRET OF HOW TO REACH MY GOALS. OVERALL, I SPENT TOO MUCH MONEY ON SUPPLEMENTS AND ATE A LOT OF THE UNSATISFYING, YET HEALTHY FOODS, BUT I STILL COULDNT GET MY RESULTS. FINALLY, I CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WITH HELP FROM MY BEST FRIEND AND FOUNDER, RYAN BRAMMEIER.
THE PROCESS STARTED OFF EASY AND ONLY TOOK A FEW SIMPLE STEPS. FIRST, RYAN AND I FIGURED OUT THE RIGHT DIET PLAN THAT WOULD HELP ME REACH MY GOALS. IF YOU LOOK UNDER THE DIET SECTION FOR THE “TIME TO GET SHREDED DIET" TAB, YOU CAN FIND THE DIET THAT I FOLLOWED. THIS DIET IS DESIGNED FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN OF ANY AGE. LIKE ANY DIET, IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET USE TO BUT AFTER THE SECOND WEEK OF FOLLOWING THE PLAN I STARTED TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY APPETITE. I FELT THAT MY STOMACH WAS FULL AND I WAS ACTUALLY SEEING RESULTS. BASICALLY, THE PREMISE OF THIS DIET PLAN IS TO EAT FIVE MEALS A DAY ALONG WITH EATING LEAN MEATS WITH RICE OR VEGGIES. THIS DIET PLAN GAVE ME THE BEST RESULTS I HAD EVER SEEN, BUT I KNEW THAT GOING ON A DIET WASN’T ALL I WOULD NEED TO DO TO GET MY IDEAL BODY FIGURE.
MY AVERAGE WORKOUTS WERE NOT STRUCTURED AT ALL AND I DIDN’T TARGET ANY SPECIFIC MUSCLE DURING MY DAILY ROUTINES. I REALIZED THAT IN ORDER TO GET BETTER RESULTS, I NEEDED A BETTER WORKOUT PLAN. THIS IS WHY I STARTED FOLLOWING THE “MEN’S LEAN PHYSIQUE”. THE SPLIT I WAS DOING KEPT ME FEELING GOOD AND WAS VERY MANAGABLE. THE PLAN TOOK MY DAILY ROUTINES TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND MADE ME WORK HARDER THAN I HAD EVER BEFORE. AT THE END OF EACH WORKOUT, I FELT PROUD OF MY WORKOUTS AND FELT THAT I ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED WHAT I'VE BEEN WORKING SO HARD TOWARDS. AFTER COMING UP WITH A DIET AND WORKOUT PLAN, FIGUREING OUT HOW TO FACTOR IN THE SUPPLEMENTS WAS MY LAST STEP. IT REALLY DIDNT TAKE TOO MANY, JUST BASIC SUPPLEMENTS.
THE SUPPLEMENT REGIMEN I HAD WAS VERY EASY TO FOLLOW IT WAS JUST A SCOOP OF PROTEIN WHEN I WOKE UP AND A SCOOP AFTER I TRAINNED. BASICLLY JUST ADDED PROTEIN TO THE DIET AND KEPT ME ALITTLE MORE FULL BETWEEN MY MEALS. I ALWAYS USED ISOLATE PROTEIN BECAUSE IT WAS THE LEANEST PROTEIN. THEN AFTER THAT, I TOOK THE TESTOGENIC ON ARE SUPPLEMETN PAGE. THE FORMULA WE USED WAS SPECIAL BECAUSE EVERY INGREDIENT IN IT IS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT. I FELT A HUGE ENERGY BURST FROM IT. I ALSO SAW STREGTH GAINS FORM THE TESTOSTERONE FORMULA SO I TRUELY BELIEVE IN THE FOMULA.
ALL IN ALL IM VERY HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS NOW AND, I CONTINUE TO LIVE THIS WAY. I AM BY NO MEANS SUPER BUFF OR EXTREMELY RIPPED BUT IM NOW AT A COMFORTABLE WEIGHT WHERE I CAN PLAY SPORTS WITHOUT GETTING WNDED AND I JUST FEEL MORE NATURAL ENERGY. I NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE NOW, I LIKE TO GO OUT AND DO THINGS WITH MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY INSTEAD OF JUST SITTING IN MY HOUSE ALL DAY. THEIR ARE COUNTLESS AMOUNTS OF PEOPLE I HAVE ALSO TO THANK FOR THE SUPPORT AND, HOPFULLY PLENTY MORE TO ADD TO MY JOURNEY.
