There are two types of vegetables that can help you loose weight. The one's that are high in fiber and the one's that have thermogenic effects. Vegetables that are high in fiber can help to fill you up and vegetables that have a thermogenic effect, can help burn calories with every bite.

1. Cucumber

Cucumber is low in calories and contains an abundance of water, which can help fill you up.

2. Cauliflower

Cauliflower contains lots of water and fiber. Studies suggest, that by consuming one serving of cauliflower, can help to increase your body's ability to burn fat by as much as 30%.

3. Broccoli

Broccoli contains no fat and is filled with complex carbohydrates. Complex carbs release energy slowly. This helps keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Broccoli also has thermogenic effects because it requires more energy to digest than it provides the body.

4. Beans
